By 2026, FPT Automotive's office in India is expected to have 500 employees, primarily highly skilled technology engineers with comprehensive capabilities.

Pune is currently considered one of the world's leading automotive manufacturing centers, with the presence of renowned car manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, etc. Thousands of global startups and technology companies are also operating in Pune, including notable examples such as Red Hat, Quick Heal, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, etc.

Prior to establishing FPT Automotive, FPT had already invested in this field for over 10 years, with a team of over 4,000 experts developing comprehensive automotive software services, ranging from entertainment and in-car information technology, electronic control units (ECUs), safety and security functions, to UI/UX design for cars, wireless connectivity, and digital technology.
