(kontumtv.vn) – As of March 25, 2025, Kon Tum province has nearly 110 villages in ethnic minority areas that meet the standards of new rural areas; of which, more than 60 villages are pilot projects at various levels. In 2025, the province strives to have 50% or more of the villages in ethnic minority areas meet the standards of new rural villages.

To achieve this result, the province selected 84 villages in ethnic minority areas to implement the new rural development program; at the same time, it directed localities to continue focusing resources to implement comprehensive solutions to accelerate the progress of new rural development in the remaining villages in the province; in particular, paying close attention to propaganda and mobilization efforts to encourage people to change their mindset and practices to improve production efficiency; and maintain a clean, green, and beautiful environment…/.
