According to statistics from Hanoi Metro Company Limited, an average of over 480,000 passengers travel on the Nhon - Hanoi Station urban railway line 3.1 each month.

After six months of commercial operation, nearly 3.4 million passengers have traveled on the line. With the Nhon - Hanoi Station line (elevated section), it is expected to operate 80,000 train trips; the projected passenger volume is over 6.5 million.
