The Ba Chẽ Commune Police Headquarters project commenced in early 2022 and is scheduled for completion and commissioning in August 2025, with a total investment of 41 billion VND from the Ministry of Public Security's budget, and is managed by the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department.
The headquarters has a total area of nearly 3,000 square meters, including a 6-story multi-purpose building and auxiliary buildings serving the work and living needs of the commune's police officers.
The Ba Chẽ commune police force currently has 35 officers and 190 personnel involved in maintaining security and order at the grassroots level. This project demonstrates the attention of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Police Department in investing in and constructing headquarters for police forces at all levels; ensuring adequate facilities for officers to effectively fulfill their duties in maintaining security and order and ensuring social safety.
At the same time, it contributes to concretizing Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW (dated March 16, 2022) of the Politburo on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
