On the afternoon of September 23rd, the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to unveil the plaque for the Ba Che Commune Police Station, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the People's Police Traditional Day (August 19th, 1945-2025) and welcoming the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Major General Tran Van Phuc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police Department, attended the ceremony.

The Ba Chẽ Commune Police Headquarters project commenced in early 2022 and is scheduled for completion and commissioning in August 2025, with a total investment of 41 billion VND from the Ministry of Public Security's budget, and is managed by the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department.

The headquarters has a total area of ​​nearly 3,000 square meters, including a 6-story multi-purpose building and auxiliary buildings serving the work and living needs of the commune's police officers.  

Major General Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, delivered a speech at the plaque unveiling ceremony.

The Ba Chẽ commune police force currently has 35 officers and 190 personnel involved in maintaining security and order at the grassroots level. This project demonstrates the attention of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Police Department in investing in and constructing headquarters for police forces at all levels; ensuring adequate facilities for officers to effectively fulfill their duties in maintaining security and order and ensuring social safety.

At the same time, it contributes to concretizing Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW (dated March 16, 2022) of the Politburo on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
