On the afternoon of September 23, the Quang Ninh Provincial Police held a ceremony to install a signboard at the Ba Che Commune Police Headquarters to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day on August 19 (1945-2025) and welcome the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The Ba Che Commune Police Headquarters started construction in early 2022 and will be completed and put into use from August 2025, with a total investment of 41 billion VND from the Ministry of Public Security , with the Quang Ninh Provincial Police as the investor.

The headquarters has a total area of nearly 3,000 square meters, including a 6-storey multi-purpose building and auxiliary buildings serving the work and living of the Commune Police officers.

Ba Che Commune Police currently has 35 officers and 190 people participating in the security and order protection at the grassroots level. The project demonstrates the attention of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Police in investing and implementing the construction of headquarters for the police force at all levels; ensuring the material facilities for officers and soldiers to successfully complete the task of maintaining security and order, ensuring social safety.

At the same time, it contributes to concretizing Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW (dated March 16, 2022) of the Politburo on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
