Deputy Head of the Mass Mobilization Commission of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Vuong Thuy Hang said: Implementing Project No. 02-DA/TU dated May 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission has actively advised the provincial Party Committee, focusing on the grassroots level; coordinating with local Party Committees, agencies and units in the province to direct and orient the 3-together activities, mobilizing Party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, Vietnam Fatherland Front officials and socio-political organizations at the provincial, district and commune levels to participate in activities with people at the grassroots level in association with the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

In the spirit of respecting the people, being close to the people, understanding the people, learning from the people, relying on the people, and being responsible to the people, in the first 6 months of 2024, nearly 500 Party cells and Party committees, nearly 16,000 cadres and Party members participated in activities with the people in 2,300 villages and hamlets, attracting 65,000 people to participate.

One of the units that has taken strong, responsible, and dedicated action to serve the people, and has been recognized and highly appreciated by Party committees and authorities at all levels, is the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police armed forces. In the first 6 months of 2024, the Provincial Police mobilized nearly 500 party members, officers and soldiers of 27 branches and party committees under the Provincial Police Party Committee to coordinate in participating in 63 activities with people at the grassroots level; helped 10 poor households repair and build new houses; installed 3 "Lighting up the Countryside" power lines with a total length of 1,400 m; helped people clear, renovate, and repair nearly 6,000 m of rural roads; supported 9 households to plant 10.7 hectares of forest. At the same time, it organized legal propaganda for 921 cadres, party members, and people; provided free medical examination and medicine to 200 people; Giving gifts to policy families, the elderly, students, and poor households with an amount worth over 300 million VND.

Promoting the youth, the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises is also one of the pioneering forces in implementing "3 together" with the people. Comrade Chau Thi Phuong, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Department of Finance, said: In 2023, the Youth Union of the Department of Finance participated in supporting the people of Bach Xa commune (Ham Yen) to build 4 tanks to store pesticide packaging, build 2 concrete roads, and welcome gates to 2 cultural houses of Lang Chang village and Ngoi Nung village cultural house, Bach Xa commune with an amount of over 10 million VND.

Along with that, the Youth Union also coordinated with the Youth Unions in Emulation Cluster No. 02, the Youth Union of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises to support and participate in the construction of the 700-meter long "Lighting up the Countryside Roads" power line project in Dong Min village, Binh Yen commune (Son Duong), worth over 15 million VND.

Trusted by the People

A week has passed, but teacher Luong Thi Buong, Principal of Kien Thiet Kindergarten (Yen Son) is still moved when the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, Yen Son district and Kien Thiet commune, along with more than 100 officers and soldiers, helped the school build a roof and a playground for the children at Nam Bo Kindergarten with a total amount of money and working days worth over 100 million VND.

Ms. Buong shared: Kien Thiet Kindergarten has 8 campuses with 468 students, of which Nam Bo is a school with many difficulties, where 116 students, mainly children of Mong and Tay ethnic groups, study. The children's daily route to school is mainly a dirt road, from the commune center to the school, they have to cross 5 or 6 streams. On rainy and flooded days, teachers and students cannot go to school. The attention and practical cooperation of leaders of departments, branches and levels today is a great encouragement and motivation, motivating teachers and students of the school to continue to strive to overcome difficulties, strive to teach well, and study well.

In Minh Huong commune (Ham Yen), where over 90% of the ethnic minorities live, Captain Dang Quoc Trung, a police officer of the commune, is loved and trusted by the people as a "son of the village". He not only eats, lives and works with the people, but he also speaks the Tay, Mong and Dao languages ​​with the people in their daily lives. In order to grasp the aspirations of the people and the local situation; to propagate and mobilize the people to focus on economic development, Captain Trung went directly to the fields to pick corn and harvest rice with the people.

Responsible, devoted, serving the people, closely attached to the people, the team of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, cadres of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels have been writing beautiful and simple stories in daily life. In that journey, listening to the difficulties and problems from the grassroots will help each cadre, party member and soldier of the armed forces better perform their advisory and support functions for the province in each field of work, creating a source of combined strength, contributing to the solid construction of the political system at the grassroots level.
