Ms. Nguyen Thi Cuc - Secretary of Tan Bien District Youth Union: The flower of youth leader of Tan Bien district
With her dynamism and enthusiasm, Ms. Nguyen Thi Cuc (born in 1990) - Party cell secretary, Tan Bien District Youth Union secretary has constantly strived to practice, study, and develop herself, always proactively and creatively implementing many good models and new ways of working in youth work. Since then, she has made many positive contributions to the Youth Union and youth movement in the locality, creating an environment for youth development.
Some good and creative solution models that she has directed to effectively implement in the district include: the Border Lesson model (2024); the solution "Promoting digital transformation in introducing historical and cultural relics and red addresses" (2023); the solution "Court - Youth perspective" (2024); the model of Drowning prevention warning points for children and adolescents...
She considers learning and following Uncle Ho as a “compass” in both work and life. Ms. Cuc shared that as a Youth Union leader, what she always remembers and learns from President Ho Chi Minh are good qualities; living, working, serving for the Fatherland, for the country, for the people.
Uncle Ho once said: "Youth is the future master of the country, the country's prosperity or decline, weakness or strength depends on the youth". Therefore, she always reminds herself to promote the role of leading, guiding, inspiring the youth to live beautifully, live with ideals and aspirations to contribute. She learned from Uncle Ho the importance of being close to the people, close to the grassroots, and matching words with actions. In the work of the Youth Union, she always prioritizes listening to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and young people; organizing practical, effective activities with influence, not following formalities.
From what she learned from Uncle Ho, she saw more clearly her role and responsibility – not only as a movement leader, but also as an example for union members and young people to follow. That is both an honor and a motivation for her to continue to contribute, practice and strive even more in her journey with young people.
Ms. Chau Diep Thu Ngan - Deputy General Director of Tan Nhien Company Limited: A flower of charity for the community
As one of the companions, founders and builders of the Tan Nhien brand - one of the province's typical agricultural products reaching out to the international market, Ms. Chau Diep Thu Ngan (born in 1990), Deputy General Director of Tan Nhien Company Limited, is dedicated to promoting the role of the enterprise in caring for workers, accompanying the locality in performing social security tasks, and caring for the people .
Realizing the role of the Youth Union in the enterprise, since 2021, she has proactively advised on the establishment of the Youth Association at Tan Nhien Company Limited. From the orientation of the content of activities and organizing many creative labor emulation movements, the association has become a bright spot in the youth movement of Hoa Thanh town.
Every year, she proactively advises to spend more than 1 billion VND in profits to implement many meaningful charity programs: taking care of families in difficult circumstances with a total cost of 108 million VND/year; maintaining the "Zero-dong booth" model; supporting the Tay Ninh Zero-dong Ambulance Team; awarding scholarships, giving health insurance cards to poor students, giving gifts to victims of Agent Orange, disadvantaged young workers, building playgrounds for children in remote areas, sponsoring children's soccer tournaments...

Ms. Phan Thi Bich Van - Secretary of Long Thuan Commune Youth Union: The enthusiastic youth flower of Ben Cau border district
With 5 years of working in the Youth Union and youth movement of Long Thuan commune, Ms. Phan Thi Bich Van (born in 1996) - Secretary of Long Thuan Commune Youth Union has devoted much effort to implementing practical and effective youth projects and tasks. Her efforts have contributed to creating a learning and training environment for local youth.
Notably, she has achievements such as: pioneering in the movements "Volunteer Saturday", "Green Sunday" with 45 campaigns, mobilizing nearly 900 youth union members to participate, planting 3,000 trees, concretizing 7km of rural roads; organizing more than 20 thematic activities to educate youth union members on the ideal of living according to Uncle Ho's example; implementing the model "Youth volunteer team participating in digital transformation"; implementing the model "Colorful stone benches" at schools to spread positive living values...
Through those specific actions, she always wishes to become a small example to inspire young people to love their homeland more, live responsibly and have a desire to contribute - in the spirit of learning and following the example of great Uncle Ho.
Ms. Van said that as a Youth Union cadre, she always studies and follows Uncle Ho, especially in the spirit of responsibility, self-reliance, simplicity and closeness to the people. She learned from Uncle Ho the steadfastness, dedication to the collective and care for the younger generation. From there, she actively trained and organized many practical movements, propagating revolutionary ideals, ethics and cultural lifestyles for the youth. She always sets an example, building the image of an exemplary, dynamic and creative Youth Union cadre, contributing to arousing the spirit of dedication and responsibility in each member and youth.
Ms. Dao Le Ngoc Tuyen - expert of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tay Ninh city: The energetic youth flower of Tay Ninh city
Participating in the Youth Union and youth movement in Tay Ninh city for just over 3 years, but with an energetic spirit, taking the lead on many fronts of work and competition, Ms. Dao Le Ngoc Tuyen (born 1999) has become one of the typical young people known and loved by many young people.
Some of these competitions include the First Prize of the 2022 Confident in the Youth Union Writing Contest; the Second Prize of the 2023 Excellent Grassroots Youth Union Secretary Contest; the Talented Contestant Award of the 2024 Elegant Youth Contest...
She has actively contributed many good initiatives in implementing local youth projects and tasks such as the initiative "Book Reading Festival about Uncle Ho, Storytelling Contest about Ho Chi Minh's moral example among union members, youth and students"; the model "Millions of bags of social security and love"; "The journey of gratitude of filial green shirts"... helping union members and youth promote their youth and volunteer spirit for the community and society.
Ms. Tuyen shared that she is always deeply aware of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. From Uncle Ho, she learned the spirit of dedication to work, closeness to the masses, especially the care, trust and expectations that Uncle Ho had for the youth.
In the work of the Youth Union, she always tries to be a bridge between the organization and the members, listening to the thoughts and aspirations of young people to organize practical activities, creating an environment for training, dedication and growth for young people.

Ms. Huynh Thanh Nga - Secretary of the Youth Union of Preschool Education Class 47C, Tay Ninh Pedagogical College: A flower of youth who studies well, lives beautifully, and dedicates herself.
Promoting the tradition of good study and being active in Union and Association activities, Ms. Huynh Thanh Nga (born in 2004) strives to study and practice to become an excellent student, exemplary young party member and pioneer Union cadre in all student movement activities and union work.
She has left many good youth impressions with remarkable achievements in studying and competing for the school's students such as the Third Prize for individuals nationwide in the final round of the "Light to Illuminate the Path" Contest, a major contest on ideology and political theory for students; First Prize in the activities responding to the 2nd "Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day" in 2023; Encouragement Prize in the Provincial Reporter Contest, along with dozens of certificates of merit from the Youth Union, Student Association and local authorities.
Thanh Nga shared that from Uncle Ho, she learned three greatest things: the spirit of dedication, a loving heart, and the spirit of self-study and self-training. These are the core values for her to fulfill her role well with the youth, with the future buds of the country and the whole society.
Regarding the youth, Uncle Ho once said: "A year begins in spring, a life begins in youth". She understands that the youth are not only the future of the country but also the present, the core force in the work of building and defending the Fatherland. From Uncle Ho's teachings, she understands the responsibility of a union official is to connect, to arouse the spirit of "wherever there is a need, there is a youth, wherever there is difficulty, there is a youth", helping the youth union members to live with goals, be responsible, know how to commit, know how to contribute to the community.
According to information from the Central Youth Union, the 8th National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings will be held from May 16-18, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City. The congress was attended by 444 official delegates who are typical examples in the following fields: Union, Association, and Pioneer cadres; rural and urban youth; young civil servants and public employees; young workers; students; young scientists, young intellectuals; young artists; young athletes; young soldiers and officers; and young entrepreneurs. During the 3 days of the congress, delegates will attend the ceremony to report to Uncle Ho, award the badge "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park; visit and experience typical historical, cultural, economic and social sites of Ho Chi Minh City; visit and give gifts to Agent Orange victims; exhibit and launch the digital museum space "Uncle Ho with Youth" and other activities. The highlight of the congress is the 8th National Ceremony to honor outstanding youth following Uncle Ho's teachings, taking place on May 17. At the ceremony, 80 outstanding faces representing provincial, municipal, affiliated youth unions and various fields will be honored and awarded the Certificate of Outstanding Youth Following Uncle Ho's teachings nationwide. |
