GELEX appoints new CEO.
GELEX Group Joint Stock Company announced the appointment of Mr. Le Tuan Anh as the Group's General Director, following the election of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – the current General Director – to the Board of Directors and his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Việt Nam•02/04/2026Mr. Le Tuan Anh (born in 1994), currently the Deputy General Director of the group, is a young leader who has grown within the GELEX system. He has held many positions and played important roles in GELEX's development, directly leading numerous large-scale projects related to investment and international cooperation. He is currently also the Chairman of GELEX Infrastructure Joint Stock Company.
His practical training, coupled with his understanding of the systems and innovative thinking, forms a crucial foundation for him to assume the position of General Director in this new phase.
This transition is also aligned with GELEX's strategic shift towards a lean, two-tiered management model. Direct management from the CEO to the Department Directors will enhance operational efficiency, shorten decision-making processes, and maximize team capabilities.
Currently, GELEX is led by a young, dynamic leadership team with innovative thinking and a strong sense of responsibility. In its development strategy, the company consistently emphasizes the role of people as a central element in the strategy implementation process.
The appointment of Mr. Le Tuan Anh as General Director therefore not only signifies the strengthening of the leadership structure, but also reflects GELEX's long-term development orientation: building a management team with competence, integrity, modern thinking, and the ability to realize the Vision 2030, becoming the number one investment group in Vietnam, a symbol of growth, efficiency, and sustainability.
