Many Gen Zers always think that they are inferior and not as good as anyone else when compared to their peers. The result is pressure, stress, and the inability to escape the negative emotions they carry.

Many people are so busy chasing invisible standards, looking at other people's success as a measure that they accidentally forget their own goals and values.
Don’t be so quick to compare yourself to others. Peer pressure is a form of psychological pressure when you or others compare yourself to others in terms of appearance, ability, grades, status, etc. This creates pressure and feelings of sadness and depression. This becomes even more terrible in the digital world when social networks develop rapidly.
Surfing social media makes many Gen Z fall into a spiral of comparing themselves to others, always looking at others, talking about others and ignoring themselves. They want to be successful, talented, and rich like others but do not focus on exploiting their potential, do not take action to achieve what they desire.
When you have not yet recognized your own strengths and weaknesses, comparing yourself to other more successful people can easily lead to anxiety and pressure. If you keep chasing after the success of others, it will lead to insomnia, restlessness, anxiety... and the feeling that you are not suitable for the place where you live and work.
Unconsciously changing behavior, doing things you don't want to do. Especially always putting yourself on a scale, comparing yourself with others and then lowering your self-worth.
Be the best version of yourself. To overcome peer pressure, it is time to look at yourself, no matter what you are now, accept it and face it. If you continue to hold on to peer pressure, you will lose many things, including the things you have.
All success and happiness come through hard work and self belief.
Give yourself the trust and respect to your process. Stop what everyone else is saying and give yourself some space. Listen to what you want, what you can do, and what you need to do to make it happen.
