DNO - On the afternoon of December 28th, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced changes to retail gasoline and diesel prices in the upcoming adjustment period. Accordingly, many gasoline and diesel products have been adjusted upwards or downwards to align with the international energy market.

Specifically, the regulatory agency decided to reduce the price of RON92 gasoline by 10 VND/liter, down to 21,180 VND/liter; the price of RON95 gasoline remains unchanged at 22,580 VND/liter.
Meanwhile, the price of diesel increased by 260 VND/liter, to 19,780 VND/liter; kerosene decreased by 37 VND/liter, to 20,457 VND/liter; and the price of fuel oil increased by 420 VND/kg, to 15,685 VND/kg.
In this price adjustment period, the inter-ministerial committee only allocated funds to stabilize the price of fuel oil at 300 VND/kg (no allocation in the previous period), while neither allocations nor disbursements from the stabilization fund were made for other types of petroleum products.
