Oil prices increased by more than 400 VND

DNO - On the afternoon of December 28, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced changes in retail prices of gasoline and oil in the new adjustment period. Accordingly, many gasoline and oil products were adjusted up or down to match the international energy market.

Oil prices fluctuated strongly during the adjustment period on December 28.

Specifically, the management agency decided to reduce 10 VND/liter for RON92 gasoline, down to 21,180 VND/liter; the price of RON95 gasoline remains at 22,580 VND/liter.

Meanwhile, diesel price increased by VND260/liter, to VND19,780/liter; kerosene decreased by VND37/liter, to VND20,457/liter; mazut price increased by VND420/kg, to VND15,685/kg.

In this management period, the joint ministries criticized the establishment of a price stabilization fund for fuel oil at 300 VND/kg (no deduction in the previous period), while not setting up or spending the stabilization fund for other types of gasoline and oil.
