The program is a practical activity to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2025), and at the same time demonstrates the sense of responsibility and affection of the officers and soldiers of Brigade 15 towards the ethnic people in the areas where the unit is stationed.
During this event, more than 300 people, including village elders, village heads, Party branch secretaries, influential community members, families receiving preferential treatment, people who contributed to the revolution, and people in difficult circumstances, received free medical examinations, consultations, and medication from the medical team of the 715 Economic-Defense Brigade.

Mr. Phan Dinh Tham, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ia O commune, assessed this as a practical and timely activity, contributing to caring for the health of the people, strengthening the solidarity between the military and the people, creating a solid foundation for the locality's socio-economic development and maintaining national defense and security.

Beyond just providing medical care, the 715 Economic-Defense Brigade has also implemented many effective community outreach models, such as donating houses of compassion, supporting breeding cattle, and constructing solar-powered lighting systems, gradually improving the material and spiritual lives of ethnic minorities in border areas.
These activities further affirm the unit's role as a reliable pillar of support for the people, contributing to the consolidation of public trust and building a stable, developed, and comprehensively strong border region in the new situation.
