At this operating period, the inter-ministerial ministry did not set up the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund, and also did not use the Price Stabilization Fund for most petroleum products.
According to the Ministry of Finance, by the end of July, the domestic petroleum stabilization fund had a surplus of more than VND 7 billion, the highest level since the first quarter of 7.438.
