Standards and requirements for the work that must be done to ensure safe and long-lasting operation of the elevator, including 4 main contents: Detailed work of elevator technical services including (standard technical inspection) periodic maintenance, emergency rescue, regular repair, major repair, elevator modernization...); Require elevator owners and elevator users to ensure operating conditions, compliance with regulations, actions to be taken during use and emergency situations...; Requirements for specialized units in terms of facilities, technical means, personnel arrangement, plans for work norms, personnel norms to meet the job...; and Requirements for elevator technical personnel qualifications according to functional roles such as from technical staff (operations, maintenance) to organizational and management experts.
In addition, this is also the first official document in Vietnam that focuses on equipment life recommendations - an important issue in elevator operation based on specific research, evaluation and synthesis.
