Monitoring 17 BOT toll stations in 2025

The Vietnam Road Administration will inspect and supervise 17 BOT toll stations regarding toll station management and operation, and road service fee collection in 2025.

The Vietnam Road Administration has just issued a plan for inspection and monitoring in 2025 of toll stations on the national highway system managed by the Vietnam Road Administration.

The inspection and monitoring plan will take place from April 2025 to October 2025.

According to a decision by the Vietnam Road Administration, 17 toll stations nationwide will be inspected and supervised regarding their toll collection practices, including: the Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi BOT toll station; the 38 Km 11+625 BOT toll station on National Highway 38; the Viet Tri - Ba Vi bridge toll station (Van Lang bridge); the Thai Ha bridge BOT toll station; and the Bac Thang Long - Noi Bai toll station.

Tasco toll station in Quang Binh province, Km 604+800 on National Highway 1; Ben Thuy and Ben Thuy 2 toll stations; toll station at Km 1148+1300 on National Highway 1 in Binh Dinh province; toll station at Km 997+639 on National Highway 1 in Quang Nam province; toll station at Km 1064+730 on National Highway 1 in Quang Ngai province; toll station at Km 1517+600 on National Highway 1 in Khanh Hoa province; toll station at Km 1667+470 on Ho Chi Minh Highway in Gia Lai province.

Toll stations include: Km 2123+250 on National Highway 1 in Soc Trang province; Ca Na toll station, Km 1584+100 on National Highway 1 in Ninh Thuan province; Lien Dam toll station, Km 145+500 on National Highway 20 in Lam Dong province; Co Chien Bridge toll station, Km 11+850 on National Highway 60 in Tra Vinh province; and My Loi Bridge toll station, Km 34+826 on National Highway 50 in Tien Giang province.

The Vietnam Road Administration requires the Road Management Zones to base their decisions on the plan to establish inspection teams, develop inspection and monitoring outlines; organize implementation ensuring transparency; and report the inspection and monitoring schedule to the Vietnam Road Administration 10 days before conducting the inspection and monitoring.

Within 7 days of the completion of the inspection and monitoring at the unit, the Road Management Zones are required to issue a notification of the inspection and monitoring results and send it to the Vietnam Road Administration for compilation and reporting to the Ministry of Transport.

The Legal and Inspection Department, in coordination with the Finance Department and the Science, Technology, Environment and International Cooperation Department, will assign personnel to directly guide and supervise the inspection and monitoring process of the Road Management Zones.

The Legal and Inspection Department will oversee the implementation of the 2025 inspection and monitoring plan for toll stations on the national highway system of the Vietnam Road Administration. The relevant units will compile the content according to their assigned functions, duties, and responsibilities.
