Today, April 16th, rubber prices on the world market fell on the SGX (Singapore), Tocom, and SHFE exchanges, while remaining stable in Thailand. Domestically, Mang Yang Rubber Company adjusted its prices downwards.
World rubber prices
In Japan, the price of RSS3 rubber on the Tocom-Tokyo exchange is as follows: April 2025 contract at 341.00 yen/kg; May 2025 contract at 342.10 yen/kg; June 2025 contract at 341.70 yen/kg; July 2025 contract at 344.10 yen/kg; August 2025 contract at 344.10 yen/kg.
In Thailand, April rubber futures prices remained unchanged at 72.63 baht/kg.
In Shanghai, natural rubber prices on the SHFE exchange are as follows: April 2025 contract at 16,640 yuan/kg; May 2025 contract at 16,680 yuan/kg; June 2025 contract at 16,740 yuan/kg; July 2025 contract at 16,795 yuan/kg; August 2025 contract at 16,815 yuan/kg.
In Singapore, TSR20 rubber prices on the SGX exchange: The May 2025 TSR20 futures contract traded at 169.70 cents/kg, down from 168.50 cents/kg; the June 2025 TSR20 futures contract traded at 171.60 cents/kg, down from 168.80 cents/kg; and the July 2025 TSR20 futures contract traded at 170.20 cents/kg, down from 168.70 cents/kg.
The TSR20 rubber futures contract for August 2025 traded at 170.60 cents/kg, down from 169.00 cents/kg; the TSR20 rubber futures contract for September 2025 traded at 170.80 cents/kg, down from 169.20 cents/kg, showing a decline.
Domestic rubber prices
In the domestic market, rubber latex purchasing prices remain stable at many large enterprises. Specifically, Phu Rieng Rubber Company purchases liquid latex at 440 VND/TSC/kg; and mixed latex at 400 VND/DRC/kg.
The purchase price of liquid latex at Mang Yang Rubber Company decreased by 27-28 VND/TSC/kg today, specifically: Grade 1 liquid latex decreased from 447 VND/TSC/kg to 420 VND/TSC/kg; Grade 2 liquid latex decreased from 443 VND/TSC/kg to 415 VND/TSC/kg.
The price of mixed latex decreased by 28-31 VND/DRC/kg, specifically: Grade 1 mixed latex: from 461 VND/DRC/kg to 430 VND/DRC/kg; Grade 2 mixed latex: from 406 VND/DRC/kg to 378 VND/DRC/kg.
Ba Ria Rubber Company: The price of liquid latex rubber is 452 VND/degree TSC/kg for grades 30 and above; 447 VND/degree TSC/kg for grades 25 to under 30; and 442 VND/degree TSC/kg for grades 20 to under 25.
Cup latex and coagulated latex with a DRC of ≥ 50% are priced at 18,000 VND/kg; cup latex and coagulated latex with a DRC of 45-50% are priced at 16,700 VND/kg; and coagulated latex with a DRC of 35-45% is priced at 13,500 VND/kg.
Prices at Binh Long Rubber Company continue to fluctuate: Liquid latex: 386-396 VND/TSC/kg; mixed latex with DRC 60% is priced at 14,000 VND/kg.
