That has been the guiding spirit and viewpoint of the provincial armed forces in the struggle to firmly defend the ideological front over the past period.
The traditional "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" educational activities of the Kim Boi District Military Command contribute to instilling pride and revolutionary traditions in the students of Tu Son Primary and Secondary School.
According to Colonel Bach Mai Tinh, Head of Political Affairs of the Provincial Military Command, based on practical conditions, the provincial armed forces have consistently done a good job of educating officers and soldiers on political ideology. As a result, each officer and soldier has built strong political resolve and determination, clearly defining their responsibilities. At the same time, they have set a good example in strictly adhering to and implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and military discipline. They have proactively fought to thwart the schemes, tactics, and subversive activities of hostile forces. Thanks to this, no officers or soldiers in the provincial armed forces have experienced political and ideological degradation, moral decay, or lifestyle deviations, or internal "self-evolution" or "self-transformation." In particular, through the effective implementation of Central Resolution No. 4 in conjunction with Political Bureau Directive No. 05/CT-TW on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, "self-reflection and self-correction," and "5 management and 3 maintenance," 100% of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces proactively overcome difficulties, possess firm political resolve, and are ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks. This builds a politically and ideologically strong provincial armed force, preventing passivity and surprise in all situations.
To achieve these results, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command focused on effectively implementing resolutions of the Central Committee, the Ministry of National Defense , the Military Region, and the Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation and combating and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the new situation; strengthening coordinated measures to combat, prevent, and handle distorted information on the internet and social media; and closely monitoring public opinion in the area to promptly disseminate information about subversive plots and tactics, ensuring that 100% of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces identify, combat, and disseminate positive information about the policies and laws of the Party, the State, the locality, and the provincial armed forces. With the spirit of "using the good to suppress the bad," in 2023 and the first three months of 2024, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces participated in commenting on and sharing over 2.3 million news articles and posts. Over 3,500 articles were submitted containing positive information, sharing good deeds, and beautiful images... This contributed to spreading positive images and actions of the armed forces, and the leadership, guidance, and management of Party committees at all levels.
Along with that, "The provincial armed forces agencies and units proactively coordinate with localities to firmly grasp the situation at the grassroots level. Timely disseminate information and guide public opinion, preventing reactionary, opportunistic, and disgruntled elements from exploiting, inciting, and manipulating to cause instability in political security and social order in the area. Organize effective dissemination of information on the results of implementing local defense and military tasks. Strictly maintain the combat readiness duty regime, coordinate with other forces to firmly grasp the local situation, and promptly and effectively handle situations, contributing to building strong and comprehensive localities and grassroots levels, meeting the requirements of national defense and security tasks in the new situation," emphasized Colonel Bach Mai Tinh, Head of Political Affairs Department of the Provincial Military Command.
