From the beginning of 2025, based on the plans of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Education and Dissemination, the Provincial Inspectorate issued its own plan to organize implementation, clearly defining the content, target audience, and forms of propaganda in accordance with its assigned functions and tasks. The focus was placed on disseminating specialized legal regulations on inspection, citizen reception, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing corruption and waste – areas that directly impact the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.

The provincial inspectorate is providing training on receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations to officials, civil servants, and local leaders following the implementation of the two-tiered local government model.
One of the highlights of the Provincial Inspectorate's legal education and dissemination work is bringing the law to the people and grassroots levels through its professional activities. Through inspection teams, citizen reception sessions, and the process of resolving complaints and denunciations, inspectors not only carry out inspection and verification tasks but also directly explain and guide agencies, units, and citizens to correctly understand legal regulations, especially in areas prone to complications such as land, finance and budget, and construction investment. This approach helps apply the law directly to practice, linked to each specific case and circumstance. As a result, the awareness and compliance with the law by organizations and individuals are gradually improved, limiting the occurrence of complex and protracted disputes.
Simultaneously, the Provincial Inspectorate focused on disseminating and thoroughly understanding the major policies of the Party, the State, and the province related to the reorganization of the administrative apparatus, the establishment of a two-tiered local government, and the streamlining of the inspection agency system towards greater efficiency and effectiveness. This timely guidance contributed to creating consensus among officials and civil servants at the grassroots level, as well as in the implementation of new, groundbreaking policies.
The Provincial Inspectorate also intensified the organization of training courses on legal matters for officials working in citizen reception, complaint resolution, and anti-corruption at the grassroots level. Immediately after the two-tiered local government model came into operation, the Provincial Inspectorate developed a plan to organize a training course with the participation of 162 officials and civil servants from the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones in the province. The training focused on new legal regulations, professional skills, and common issues encountered in practice, thereby contributing to improving the capacity for public service at the grassroots level.
In addition, the Provincial Inspectorate also cooperates with the Department of Justice in implementing legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises. Through providing legal information, participating in dialogues, and resolving issues related to inspection, citizen reception, and anti-corruption, the inspection agency has contributed to helping businesses improve their legal understanding and prevent risks in their production and business activities.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Inspectorate organized a thematic meeting to study and follow the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh .
During the implementation of its tasks, the dissemination of legal knowledge within the agency was flexibly integrated through thematic meetings, Party branch meetings, and professional briefing sessions. The Provincial Inspectorate organized training courses on inspection, citizen reception, and handling complaints and denunciations for civil servants in various professional departments, contributing to standardizing skills and ensuring uniformity in the application of the law. The updating and dissemination of new legal documents were carried out regularly, ensuring that 100% of officials, civil servants, and employees had timely access to regulations serving their professional work. In 2025, the agency organized 11 thematic meetings. This is an important foundation for helping inspection staff improve the effectiveness of legal dissemination and guidance in their practical work.
With its focused, practical, and task-oriented organizational approach, the provincial Inspectorate's legal education and dissemination work is increasingly meeting the requirements of state management. Despite certain difficulties due to the part-time work of the legal lecturers, the results achieved have significantly contributed to raising legal awareness and creating a shift in the actions of officials, civil servants, citizens, and businesses.
