The incident occurred at approximately 5:45 PM this afternoon (February 28th) at houses number 16A, B, and C on Bac Cau Street, Bo De Ward, Hanoi City. Upon receiving the fire report, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 18, Hanoi City Police, quickly dispatched fire trucks to the scene and coordinated with the local fire fighting force of Bo De Ward Police to extinguish the fire.

According to the commander of the Bo De Ward Police, after more than an hour of firefighting, the authorities managed to control and extinguish the fire. However, the firefighters are still continuing to clear away embers and remaining burnt materials to prevent the fire from reigniting.
According to the commander of the Bo De Ward Police, the initial cause was determined to be the switching off of a three-phase electrical circuit breaker at an aluminum and glass shop, causing the circuit breaker to explode and ignite a fire. The flames then spread to two neighboring houses.

Fortunately, the fire did not cause any casualties, but it did cause significant property damage, including expensive motorcycles belonging to the adjacent high-powered motorcycle rental shop.
