During the campaign, the youth members of Naval Brigade 129 focused on implementing several activities such as: building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; protecting the environment and responding to climate change; raising awareness about the sea and islands, maritime sovereignty , and the consequences of violating regulations on illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing; and participating in cleaning and renovating memorial monuments in the area where they are stationed.

In particular, the youth of Naval Squadron 129 continued to effectively implement the programs "Vietnam People's Navy as a support for fishermen to venture out to sea and stay close to the sea," and "Navy sponsoring fishermen's children"; organizing visits and giving gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, veterans, members of the armed forces, and children in difficult circumstances.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the youth of Naval Squadron 129 coordinated with officers, members, and young people from various forces in the province to clean up the beach in Phuoc Hai town, Long Dat district; and presented gifts to local fishermen, including 50 life jackets and 100 national flags.
