Operating since 2000, the Luc Yen Charity Association, with nearly 20 members, is bound together by a heart that listens and a philosophy of life based on sharing. Each member has a different job, but no matter how busy they are, they still dedicate their time and effort to charitable work, organizing fundraising and support for those in need.
It all started with simple meals and clothing, but over the years, the scope of work has expanded: from directly supporting individuals in difficult and deprived circumstances, to visiting, sponsoring, and donating essential supplies to schools in remote areas and underprivileged health centers.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, President of the Luc Yen Charity Association, shared that the greatest hope of the members is that good deeds will spread even more widely so that more people in difficult circumstances can receive help.

The core value that has built trust and sustainability for the Luc Yen Charity Association over the past 15 years is transparency. Every income and expenditure, no matter how small, and every difficult situation requiring assistance, is posted in detail, with images and specific confirmations, on the association's fanpage and Facebook page.
This is not only a responsible act but also demonstrates the noble spirit of the association's members, making donors feel that their support has reached the right place and helped the right people.

Volunteer journeys, especially in remote mountainous areas like Luc Yen and surrounding regions, are never easy. Some trips involve traversing long, treacherous distances, sometimes walking for hours just to deliver a gift or a warm blanket. But for the members of the Luc Yen Volunteer Association, love and empathy have become an inexhaustible source of energy, helping them overcome all difficulties and bring warmth and hope to those most in need.
Seeing the eyes of the students when they received books and school supplies, the emotion of the elderly when they held warm coats in their hands, all fatigue vanished. At that moment, we no longer felt like givers, but receivers, receiving trust and hope from those we helped.
Ms. Dang Xa My, residing in Sac Phat village, Muong Lai commune, has been blind for 20 years and lives with her two intellectually disabled sons. Upon receiving gifts from benefactors through the Luc Yen Charity Association, she emotionally shared: " I feel very happy and grateful for the help from the Luc Yen Charity Association."

Fifteen years of operation have been fifteen years in which the Luc Yen Charity Association has witnessed countless positive changes in the lives of unfortunate and vulnerable people: many children have been able to continue their education, and many have found a solid support system to help them rise above their difficulties. Each of these small changes is proof of the power of human kindness and the journey from heart to heart.
