The program was attended by Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, leaders of Khanh Hoa province, historical witnesses who directly participated in the liberation and preservation of Truong Sa, and more than 300 soldiers, singers, and actors performing at the event.
The political and artistic program is structured into three chapters: "The Legend of Truong Sa," "Truong Sa Today," and "Steadfast Truong Sa - The Heart of the East Sea," harmoniously combining political commentary and art to convey a message about the sovereignty , resilience, and vitality of Truong Sa over half a century of construction and protection.
During the emotional exchange, Mr. Dao Manh Hong, former Commander of Detachment 1, Team 1, Regiment 126 of the Naval Special Forces (now the 126th Naval Special Forces Brigade), shared, "The campaign to liberate Truong Sa was a special mission, demanding courage and an iron will. We only carried one belief: defending the islands means defending the Fatherland. To stand here today, watching the younger generation grow up, is an unparalleled source of happiness and pride."

Sharing the same sentiment, Mr. Le Van Tan, former commander of Truong Sa Island from 1975 to 1987, emotionally said: “With the spirit of youth, we came to the island with the determination to protect it and fulfill the mission entrusted to us by the Party and the State. We lived through the most difficult early days on the island, when there were only coral reefs and the sound of waves and wind. Today, seeing Truong Sa looking prosperous and full of life, I believe the younger generation will continue and write the next chapter in protecting this sacred sea and islands.”
The art program "The Vitality of Truong Sa" presents a series of profound and poignant songs about love for the sea and islands, such as "Singing with the Island Soldiers," "My Love for the Sea," "Homeland, Love and Youth," and "Memories with the Distant Island," performed by beloved singers.
In addition, the program also includes sharing the feelings of fishermen who, while working at sea and exploiting marine resources in the Truong Sa fishing grounds, suffered work-related accidents and received timely treatment from doctors and nurses at the island's medical facilities.

The stage setting, featuring the image of the red flag with a yellow star fluttering against the backdrop of the sea and sky, along with reenactments of history and documentary footage from the Truong Sa archipelago, helped highlight the strategic role of the island district, which is considered a "fortress" protecting the homeland from the sea.
The program also introduced the Trường Sa Museum construction project, approved by the Khánh Hòa Provincial People's Committee, to be built in Cam Hải Đông commune, Cam Lâm district. This is a modern facility with historical, cultural, and educational significance. The museum will not only preserve memories, artifacts, and images about the struggle, construction, and development of Trường Sa, but also serve as a representative destination in inspiring patriotism and the preservation of maritime sovereignty for future generations.
The artistic and political program "The Vitality of Truong Sa" is not only a profound tribute to those who made history, but also expresses the aspiration for sustainable development of the sea and islands, affirming the role and position of Vietnam - a nation strong in maritime affairs, prosperous from the sea, and always looking towards the sea for peace, maintaining sovereignty and increasing prosperity in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW, dated January 28, 2022, of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province until 2030, with a vision to 2045.
