The 28th Bay Nui Bull Racing Festival for the An Giang Television Cup has just taken place at the bull racing ground in Tri Ton district. There were 56 pairs of bulls from localities with a large Khmer ethnic minority population in An Giang province and Giang Thanh district (Kien Giang province) participating in the competition.

The pair of oxen with number 42 of Mr. Chau Mene (residing in Co To town, Tri Ton district) won first prize.
Mr. Chau Mene also received the award for best bull driver.
The pair of oxen with number 25 of Mr. Nguyen Van Quyen (living in An Phu ward, Tinh Bien town) won second prize.
