The Party Cell of Company 16 always determines that the Emulation Movement for Victory must be closely linked to political tasks. Based on the annual emulation theme, the Party Committee concretizes it into practical contents, targets, and tasks; organizes emulation signing for each collective and individual. In training, the Party Cell leads the implementation of the motto "basic, practical, solid", combining physical training and discipline with specialized training, taking the quality of tasks as the center of emulation.

Along with that, the Party Cell pays special attention to discovering, nurturing and replicating advanced models. Many effective models have been deployed such as "Excellent training branch", "Smoke-free branch", "Friends progressing together"; many technical initiatives have been highly appreciated by superiors.

Officers and soldiers of Company 16, Regiment 141, Division 312, Corps 12 receive specialized training.

The emulation leadership work is carried out systematically and practically, with the motto "talk less, do more", emphasizing the exemplary role of the leading cadres. The cadres are close, the soldiers understand the work, creating a sustainable emulation spread throughout the unit. For many consecutive years, Company 16 has led the emulation block of the Regiment; the Party cell has met the standards of excellently completing the task. Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Kien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Regiment 141, assessed: "The Party cell of Company 16 is one of the typical Party cells in terms of democracy, discipline, solidarity and determination in leadership. The Party cell does not follow formalities but focuses on improving quality and real effectiveness".

The outstanding achievements of Company 16 are a direct result of the close, creative and decisive leadership of the Party Cell - a nucleus of solidarity, unity, and highly promoting collective strength in carrying out tasks.
