The Dau Tieng District Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (NHCSXH) organized mobile transactions at the Dau Tieng Town People's Committee.

Loans arrived in a timely manner.

Dau Tieng District manages policy loan funds through the assignment and delegation of responsibilities in identifying poor households and eligible policy beneficiaries; simultaneously, it combines this with the participation of entrusted political and social organizations in supervising the policy credit process. This has helped Dau Tieng District deliver preferential credit funds to the right beneficiaries in a timely and effective manner.

Since the beginning of the year, the Social Policy Bank (SPB) branch in Dau Tieng district has organized over 50 transactions at transaction points in communes and towns; and has increased the number of supplementary transaction sessions to promptly meet the capital needs of borrowers. During transactions, the transaction points in communes and towns consistently adhere to the fixed start and end times, ensuring the safety of people and property throughout the entire transaction process. At the transaction points in communes and towns, all preferential credit policies, loan programs, procedures for handling transactions, transaction regulations, and lists of outstanding customer loans are publicly displayed to allow organizations and individuals to inspect and monitor policy credit activities in the area.

The entrusted lending activities have facilitated the participation of political and social organizations in Dau Tieng district in improving the quality and efficiency of their operations, strengthening the grassroots political system, and mobilizing collective strength to help the poor and policy beneficiaries. Through this entrustment, lending has been linked with agricultural and fisheries extension consulting and guidance, technology transfer, and efficient use of loan capital. In the first four months of 2025, the District Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) closely followed the operational direction of the Central VBSP, the guidance of the Provincial VBSP, and the Board of Directors of the District VBSP, focusing on mobilizing and quickly disbursing recovered and newly allocated capital to poor households and other policy beneficiaries in the area. As a result, the total loan volume as of April 17, 2025 reached VND 53 billion,891 million, with 1,359 loan customers.

Loan capital should be allocated to the right recipients.

Mr. Tran Dang Khoa, Director of the Dau Tieng District Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP), stated that the District Board of Directors has effectively implemented Directive No. 40-CT/TW dated November 22, 2014, Conclusion No. 06-KL/TW of the Central Party Secretariat on strengthening leadership over social policy credit, and Directive 39 of the Central Party Secretariat on improving the effectiveness of social policy credit activities in the new period. In addition, the unit has closely followed the resolutions of the VBSP Board of Directors at all levels, based on the local situation, to formulate specific resolutions and directives for the activities of the District Branch of the VBSP, directing the poverty reduction committees of communes and towns to implement according to the VBSP's procedures; lending to the correct beneficiaries and improving the efficiency of capital utilization.

The Board of Directors of the District Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) consistently monitors and directs the activities of the VBSP branch through inspections, supervision, and operational reports. Based on these reports, the Board of Directors plans and proposes solutions to the People's Committees of communes and towns, as well as relevant agencies, creating favorable conditions for the branch to operate effectively. The preferential credit capital of the VBSP continues to be invested in the right target groups and effectively, contributing to helping the poor and other policy beneficiaries have capital for livestock farming, crop cultivation, and business services. This enables the poor to have capital for business, employment, and gradually rise out of poverty.

It can be seen that credit for poor households has helped solve essential problems in life. Beneficiaries are increasingly using loans effectively, helping to increase income, improve quality of life, and achieve sustainable poverty alleviation, contributing to social welfare in the locality.
