The Benelli Tornado 552R will compete with rivals in the same market segment such as the Honda CBR500R. The bike uses a 549cc, water-cooled, two-cylinder engine capable of producing 65 hp at 8,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 55 Nm at 6,000 rpm, considered slightly higher than the CBR500R.

The product features a Marzocchi inverted front suspension, a monoshock rear suspension, dual disc brakes at the front with radial Brembo calipers + standard 2-channel ABS, and front and rear tire specifications of 120/70-17 and 160/60-17 respectively.

The Tornado 552R comes with cascading LED headlights, a 5-inch TFT display that can connect to smartphones, a large 16.5-liter fuel tank, and a seat height of 790 mm, which can be raised to 810 mm.

The Benelli Tornado 552R is currently being sold in the Chinese market for 32,800 RMB (approximately 109 million VND).
