On his personal page, coach Kiatisak shared a clip of him making papaya salad during a meal for the Hanoi Police FC team. The Thai coach personally mixed and pounded the ingredients in a mortar and pestle and tasted the dish.

" Papaya salad with fermented fish sauce. It's been a long time since I've had this dish. Today, I absolutely have to try it ," Coach Kiatisak wrote on his personal page.

Captain Ho Tan Tai was curious to see the head coach making this dish. Papaya salad is a signature dish of Thailand. It is made from green papaya mixed with various spices, vegetables, and shrimp or fish.

Coach Kiatisak is thriving with Hanoi Police FC.

Recently, at the year-end party of the Hanoi Police Football Club, coach Kiatisak took to the stage to sing the song 'Hold My Hand' with Vu Van Thanh.

Coach Kiatisak's actions have helped the team increase unity and create a stronger bond between the coaching staff and the players.

Coach Kiatisak has secured three consecutive victories in the V.League since taking over Hanoi Police FC. This achievement has propelled the police team to third place with 21 points, four points behind league leaders Nam Dinh.

Before joining Hanoi Police FC, Coach Kiatisak's image was often associated with HAGL FC. As a player, he helped the team from the mountainous region win the V.League championship in the 2003 and 2004 seasons.

In 2021, the former coach of the Thai national team took over HAGL. In their first season, HAGL topped the league after 12 rounds with 29 points, but the league was subsequently cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the 2022 season, the team failed to maintain their form and finished in 6th place. In the 2023 season, their performance continued to decline as they fell into the relegation zone in the second phase.

After round 8 of the 2023/24 season, coach Kiatisak moved to Hanoi Police FC.
