Coach Nguyen Viet Thang and Technical Director Le Phuoc Tu will attend a Pro Coaching Certificate course in Japan from June 29 to July 21. Therefore, the two former national players cannot directly lead Ninh Binh in the preparation process for V.League 2025/26.
During this time, assistant coach Truong Dinh Luat will temporarily take on the role of interim coach of the team. With extensive experience as a player and on the coaching bench, Mr. Luat is expected to help the ancient capital team maintain stability, creating a solid foundation for the first stage in the V.League after many years of absence.
Along with training, Ninh Binh is also actively strengthening its squad. On the coaching bench, the leaders of the ancient capital team are actively looking for quality foreign experts. These experts can come from Europe.
In addition, the First Division champion is also looking for quality foreign and domestic players to complete the squad. Regarding domestic players, a series of players who have played for the national team and U23 Vietnam such as Chau Ngoc Quang, Dung Quang Nho, Tran Bao Toan of HAGL and Nguyen Duc Chien of The Cong Viettel are said to have reached a preliminary agreement to play for Ninh Binh in the 2025/26 season.
According to the plan, Ninh Binh will gather in early July to officially enter the training phase. Hoang Duc and Van Lam's team shows great ambition in this return to V.League, not only through the coaching staff but also through notable contracts.
