On the evening of May 18th, the art program "He is Ho Chi Minh" took place at Ba Dinh Square and was broadcast live on VTV1. Attending the program were General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , Standing Member of the Party Central Committee Tran Cam Tu, and others.

The program opened with a series of songs including "Last Night I Dreamed of Meeting Uncle Ho ," "Green Pinwheel," and "Who Loves President Ho Chi Minh More Than Young Children? " sung by female singer Hoa Minzy and a children's choir.

The highlight of the performance was the scene depicting President Ho Chi Minh's appearance. Hoa Minzy and the children's group joyfully rushed out to greet him, eagerly surrounding him to listen to his words and thoughts. President Ho Chi Minh's admonitions: "Whether the Vietnamese nation will become beautiful and prosperous, and whether the Vietnamese people will reach the pinnacle of glory to stand shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the world, depends largely on the learning efforts of you children," were deeply moving.

The Era of Rising Up” - affirming that his name embodies the sacred spirit of the nation, having painted the words “Vietnam” – independent, free, and happy – on the world map.
