Accordingly, in the first 3 months of the year, the city has completed phase 1 of the revolution on streamlining the organizational apparatus with very encouraging results, reducing 15-20% of focal points, some agencies and units reduced more than 50% of focal points, the public opinion among cadres, party members and people is highly sympathetic and supportive.

The city's GRDP in the first quarter grew by 11.07% over the same period, nearly 1.6 times higher than the country's GDP, ranking 6th in the country and 2nd in the Red River Delta.
