Immediately after its establishment, the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Board of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Lao Cai Province promptly stabilized the organization, developed operational regulations, assigned tasks to members of the Standing Committee and Executive Committee, developed work programs, and consolidated advisory and support agencies; unified the issuance of documents and directed grassroots Party committees to organize congresses for the 2025-2030 term; led cadres, Party members, and the masses to strictly implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and State laws; and implemented the resolutions of the Provincial Party Congress and the Provincial Party Committee's resolutions on the direction and tasks for 2025.

Based on the results of the first quarter, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies has set forth key tasks for the second quarter with specific groups of tasks, including: focusing on directing grassroots Party committees to effectively lead the implementation of political tasks; advising the province on the effective dissemination and implementation of Party directives and resolutions, resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; building strong agencies, units, and socio-political organizations. Focusing on directing the preparation for the Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term; coordinating and advising on the restructuring of socio-political organizations and mass associations.

The conference also announced the Provincial Party Committee's decision to appoint six additional members to the Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Vu Xuan Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered a speech at the conference.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Vu Xuan Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, requested that Party committees focus on leading the effective implementation of political tasks, preparing well for the Party Congresses at all levels; organizing and streamlining the organizational structure of agencies and mass organizations; strengthening inspection and supervision; proactively researching and arranging organizations and mass organizations within the Party committee; and developing plans for the merger of agencies in the two provinces while ensuring the stability of the organizational structure.
