On the morning of May 16, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a joint conference to agree on the expected content of the regular meeting between 5 - the 2023th Provincial People's Council. As expected, the mid-year meeting will take place in 3 days from July 10-12, 7. At this meeting, the Provincial People's Council will consider and approve 2023 reports and 23 announcement of relevant sectors and agencies. The Provincial People's Council will also consider, discuss and approve 1 draft resolutions and groups of resolutions.
In which, many resolutions have a direct impact on socio-economic development, ensuring social security of the province such as: Group of draft resolutions on approving and adjusting investment policies of public investment projects; draft Resolution approving the adjustment of the price list of all types of land in the period of 2020 - 2023; draft Resolution stipulating a number of policies to support tourism development in the province in the period of 2023 - 2030; draft Resolution stipulating the fee for elective subjects (English); collecting training, fostering, organizing exams to grant certificates of information technology application for continuing education institutions from the school year 2023-2024 in the province; draft Resolution amending a number of regulations and policies to support loans to start-up production and business for young people in the province; draft Resolution on adjusting and supplementing a number of regulations and policies to support agricultural and rural economic development...
At the conference, the delegates discussed and clarified the legal basis, implementation resources, feasibility, and proposed to review and supplement contents suitable to the practical situation of the resolutions passed at the regular meeting in mid-2023, the XNUMXth Provincial People's Council.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Hoang Ha noted the opinions of the delegates. At the same time, they discussed and clarified more about the authority to issue resolutions, resources for implementation, and the improvement of questioning quality at the meeting.
