In his opening speech, Mr. Phan Duc Hien, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2024 Spring Press Festival, said that the annual Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province Spring Press Festival has become a cultural beauty every time Tet comes and Spring comes.

This year, with the theme: "Ba Ria - Vung Tau Press continues to innovate and create for the cause of industrialization and modernization of the homeland and country", the 2024 Spring Press Festival is held at 2 locations: Vung Tau City Cultural - Information - Sports Center and Phu My Town Cultural - Information - Sports Center.
This year's Spring Newspaper Fair has 7 booths displaying an overview of Spring newspaper publications published nationwide and Spring newspaper publications of various types of press in the province.
“The 2024 Spring Press Festival is a demonstration of the powerful force of the revolutionary press, summarizing the achievements of a year of building and developing the country, defending the Fatherland, and plans for the new development stage of the country. This is also an opportunity for press agencies to exchange and learn to improve their skills, moving towards a more professional press,” affirmed Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association Phan Duc Hien.
