Farmers' Associations of Tuyen Quang and An Giang provinces sign cooperation program.

On December 20th, in An Giang province, the Farmers' Association of Tuyen Quang province and the Farmers' Association of An Giang province held a signing ceremony for a cooperation program aimed at strengthening linkages, exchanging experiences, and supporting members in developing agricultural production in a modern and sustainable direction.

The Provincial Farmers' Association signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen exchange and linkages.

According to the signed agreement, both sides agreed to strengthen the promotion and advertising of OCOP products, regional specialties, exemplary agricultural models, and rural tourism on digital platforms. The two associations will cooperate in building a joint section to introduce products and exemplary farmers, spreading "product stories," and organizing Farmers' Association booths at major events to promote agricultural products and the role of farmers in agricultural economic development.

The collaborative program focuses on learning activities, exchanging experiences, and enhancing the capacity of officials and members through working groups and in-depth workshops on building professional branches, developing cooperatives, managing and upgrading OCOP products, digital transformation in production and business, and models such as "farmers doing tourism " and "farmers in the digital economy".

Delegates visit the booth of the Provincial Farmers' Association at the 2025 Mekong Delta Green Agriculture and Agricultural Products Fair.

The two associations also agreed to support members in building brands, improving packaging and labels, ensuring traceability, forming collective trademarks, and geographical indications for characteristic products; and to coordinate trade promotion activities such as the Tuyen Quang Agricultural Products Week in An Giang, the An Giang Products Week in Tuyen Quang, inter-provincial agricultural product trading sessions, and developing online sales channels.

In addition, the coordinated program focuses on linking production along the value chain, effectively utilizing the Farmers Support Fund, providing capital support for startup models, processing and community tourism, and linking these activities with social welfare and the solidarity of farmers.

The signing is expected to contribute to leveraging the strengths of each locality, enhancing the value of agricultural products and improving the lives of farmer members in both provinces.

On this occasion, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Farmers' Association participated in a booth to display and introduce typical agricultural products, OCOP products, and processed products of farmer members and cooperatives in the province at the 2025 Mekong Delta Green Agricultural Products Fair.
