On the morning of June 2nd at Saigon University, District 5 (Ho Chi Minh City), most candidates arrived at the exam site in a relaxed mood. Quynh Tram, a student from Vo Van Kiet High School ( Vinh Long ), said that because the first aptitude test and the semester exam at her school were quite close together, making it difficult to prepare for both, she decided to only register for the second test. After reviewing the questions in the first test, Tram found the content to be quite manageable. "However, I'm more focused on math, physics, and chemistry, so I didn't study history and geography very thoroughly," Tram shared. Meanwhile, Luu Thanh Luc, a student from Tra On High School (Vinh Long), also only took the second exam. Luc said he plans to study medicine. Many universities currently don't use aptitude test scores for medical programs, so Luc initially didn't participate in the first exam.
However, Luc recently shifted his focus to pursuing a degree in mechatronics at the University of Technology (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), so he took a second aptitude test to apply to the university.

At the exam center at the University of Technology (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), many candidates took the second round of exams to improve their scores from the first round. Candidate Ha Anh shared: "In the first round, I scored 680 points, which I think is a decent result compared to my abilities. This time, I've prepared well and hope for a better result. I came to the exam with a completely relaxed mindset and consider it a test of my abilities." Similarly, candidate Van Phuc, a student from Nguyen Du High School, said: "After knowing the results of the first round, I was a little disappointed, probably because I had too high expectations. Today, I will try to complete the exam better; the experience from the first round has made me more confident. This is also a way to reassess my abilities before entering the bigger exam."
