Guidance on handling some difficulties and problems in Party financial work

On the afternoon of July 30, the Party Central Office held a national online conference to discuss, grasp the situation and provide guidance on handling some difficulties and problems in Party financial work when implementing the 2-level local government model. The conference was connected from the central point at the Party Central Office to 34 points at the Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees directly under the Central Government and points at communes, wards and special zones.

Attending the online conference at the Hung Yen province bridge were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee Office; leaders and experts of the Party Finance Department (Provincial Party Committee Office), Party Committee accountants of provincial Party agencies, and Party Committee accountants of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, delegates discussed a number of general contents on Party finance; guidance documents of the Party Central Office on Party finance work related to the reorganization of Party organizations in the recent past; and guidance on handling a number of difficulties and problems in implementing the spending regime for the preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and a number of other contents under the authority of the Party Central Office. Difficulties and problems beyond the authority will be summarized so that the Party Central Office can send documents to relevant ministries and central agencies for consideration and resolution.

Through the conference, it is aimed to guide the handling of difficulties and obstacles in implementing the spending regime for the preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party in the regulations and instructions of the Central Party Office. Along with that, grasp the situation of financial and asset management organization of the Provincial Party Committee, City Party Committee; Party Committees of communes, wards and special zones to guide the handling of some difficulties and obstacles.
