The Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the Conference to disseminate and implement the regulations, directives and instructions of the Central Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter.

On the morning of September 18, the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement the regulations, directives and instructions of the Central Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter and continue to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period in the form of direct and online combination at the connecting points of the affiliated Party Committees.

At the direct connection point at the Government headquarters, there was the presence of comrade Nguyen Duc Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee; comrade Lai Xuan Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee and leaders of Party Committees directly under the Government Party Committee attending the Conference. The online conference was held at 1,143 connection points with over 12,500 delegates attending.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs bridge, there were over 60 delegates representing 27 Party committees under the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country; leaders and staff of the advisory and support departments of the Party Committee. In addition, the Conference also had the participation of 136 delegates representing Party committees and Party cells under the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs abroad, directly connected to the conference via 71 bridges.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, comrade Nguyen Duc Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee, said that at this Conference, delegates will hear new, key, core contents of the Central Directive, Regulations, and Guidelines. These include the Central's guidance on implementing the Party Charter, defining the Party organization system organized according to administrative units at the commune, provincial, and central levels. The regulations on district-level Party organizations including districts, towns, cities under provinces and cities will be abolished.

In addition, the Central Executive Committee's regulations assign the Politburo and the Secretariat to lead and direct Party committees, Party organizations, and specialized agencies to advise and assist Party committees, cadres, and Party members in implementing Regulation No. 294 on the implementation of the Party Charter in sync with the arrangement of administrative units and the organization of the political system; direct specialized agencies to advise and assist in research to guide the implementation of digital transformation in the activities of Party organizations and Party agencies and units; issues related to methods, processes, procedures, and operations to concretize the provisions of the Party Charter, in accordance with the current situation and practical requirements of Party building work.

The Secretariat's Directive clearly states the fundamental and comprehensive innovation of the content and form of Party cell activities in a practical and effective manner, in accordance with regulations and instructions of higher-level Party committees, and suitable to each type of Party cell and Party organization.

According to comrade Nguyen Duc Phong, these contents of understanding, deployment and implementation are very important contents in Party building work, aiming to equip new issues on Party building work; knowledge, skills and methods of implementing Party building work in the current period.

In order for the Conference to achieve high results, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee Nguyen Duc Phong requested delegates to uphold their sense of responsibility, concentrate highly to study and fully absorb the contents of this Conference; requested standing members of Party Committees to direct the connecting points to seriously implement the program and content of the Conference.

At the Conference, Comrade Tran Anh Truong, Director of the Department of Organization - Regulations, Central Organizing Committee presented the contents of dissemination and implementation of Regulation No. 294-QD/TW dated May 6, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter; presented the contents of dissemination and implementation of Instruction No. 06-HD/TW dated June 9, 2025 of the Secretariat on a number of specific issues of implementing the Party Charter and Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period.

Delegates attending the conference listened and focused on absorbing the contents conveyed by the reporters to reach a high level of consensus on awareness and implementation, promptly concretize, lead, direct closely, resolutely and effectively implement the Directives, Regulations and Guidelines of Party committees, agencies, units and enterprises.

Comrade Chu Dinh Dong, Deputy Head of the Government Party Committee's Organization Board, said that the Party Committee has received 40 opinions from affiliated Party Committees, including a number of major issues that need to be clarified. The opinions will be compiled, exchanged, and discussed to submit to the Government Party Committee for advice.

Comrade Chu Dinh Dong highly appreciated the attention and active participation of Party committees, leaders, cadres and Party members in the process of disseminating and implementing the new regulations. "This is a very big task, requiring urgency and determination in a short time, in order to contribute to building a clean and strong Party, leading the implementation of the tasks of the Party and the State well", Deputy Head of the Government Party Committee's Organization Committee Chu Dinh Dong emphasized.
