Second Conference of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On October 19th, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held its second meeting of the Party Committee to review the work of the third quarter and implement key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, chaired the Conference; attending the Conference were members of the Party Committee, members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and representatives of the leadership of central Party agencies and committees.

At the Conference, delegates heard summary reports on the draft reports: (i) Report on the results of work in the third quarter and key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025 of the Party Committee; (ii) Report on the results of inspection and supervision work in the first nine months of the year and key tasks for the last three months of 2025 of the Ministry's Party Committee. The Conference focused on discussing and contributing many valuable and practical opinions on the draft reports and solutions to best complete the key tasks in the last three months of the year.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the Party Committee's leadership and guidance in the third quarter and the first nine months of the year. He also emphasized that the last three months of the year are crucial and urgent, aiming to exceed the targets for 2025 and the 13th Party Congress term. The Secretary of the Party Committee requested that the members of the Party Committee continue to lead and guide all cadres, Party members, and Party organizations at all levels to strive to excellently fulfill the assigned political tasks; focusing on the comprehensive implementation of all aspects of Party work, paying attention to improving the quality and effectiveness of political, ideological, propaganda, and mass mobilization work, in conjunction with the education of revolutionary traditions and the traditions of the Sector.

The Party Committee Secretary requested that Party committees at all levels continue to strengthen Party development work, ensuring that Party organizations strictly implement Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Party Central Committee on improving the quality of Party activities; focusing on innovating the leadership methods of Party committees, first and foremost the Standing Committee and the Party Committee. He directed Party organizations to strengthen inspection and supervision; promote digital transformation and administrative reform; lead the serious implementation of advising and contributing to the content of the Congress documents; and proactively develop programs and plans to meticulously serve the 14th National Congress of the Party.
