Instructions for processing on the shared software system of An Giang province after the merger.

The An Giang Department of Science and Technology, in coordination with the Kien Giang Department of Science and Technology, organized a training conference to guide the operation and processing procedures on the province's shared software systems after the merger.

The conference was connected online from the Kien Giang provincial venue to 54 commune-level People's Committees after reorganization, as well as the An Giang Provincial Department of Science and Technology and An Giang Telecommunications. Mr. Le Quoc Cuong, Director of the An Giang Department of Science and Technology, chaired the An Giang venue; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Kiem, Deputy Director of the Kien Giang Department of Science and Technology, chaired the Kien Giang venue.

At the conference, the Kien Giang Provincial Public Administrative Service Center introduced the organizational structure, model, functions, tasks, and activities of the commune-level Public Administrative Service Center according to Decree 118/2025/ND-CP; and announced administrative procedures and the process of receiving and resolving administrative procedures at the provincial and commune levels. The Kien Giang Department of Science and Technology presented on receiving, resolving, and returning results of administrative procedures through the electronic one-stop system from July 1, 2025; the process of receiving and processing inter-level documents on the electronic office software; and introduced the provincial public service email system. Instructions were provided on unified operation and processing procedures on the province's shared software systems after consolidation, including: the Document Management and Operation System (iOffice), the administrative procedure resolution information system, and the public service email system.

In his opening remarks at the conference, the Director of the An Giang Department of Science and Technology, Le Quoc Cuong, emphasized that the conference was extremely necessary to help officials and civil servants from the provincial to the commune level understand and effectively operate the province's shared software systems after the merger. This will ensure the stable and smooth operation of An Giang province's shared software systems (after the merger), preventing interruptions in receiving and processing administrative procedures for citizens and businesses, and handling work files online.
