Students travel conveniently and safely on the rural bridge
The province has proposed many key groups of solutions for implementation. First of all, it is necessary to review and adjust the planning for new rural construction after the merger of administrative units, ensuring compliance with the planning of the province and the industry. At the same time, the province continues to invest in completing socio -economic infrastructure, striving to maintain standards in the criteria of traffic, schools, cultural facilities, rural trade, irrigation, electricity, information - communication and residential housing.
One of the highlights is restructuring the agricultural sector in association with the processing industry, developing high-tech agriculture and linking sustainable value chains. Tay Ninh aims to strongly develop production models that meet VietGAP, GlobalGAP and organic standards; encourage agricultural cooperatives to apply high technology, and promote agricultural insurance to reduce risks for farmers.
At the same time, the province focuses on sustainable poverty reduction, housing support for poor and near-poor households; improving the quality of education , health care, and culture. Environmental protection, building a "bright - green - clean - beautiful" landscape, developing rural tourism associated with Lo Go - Xa Mat National Park, relics and OCOP products are also prioritized.
Notably, in 2025, Tay Ninh plans to mobilize a total budget of more than VND 1,348 billion to implement the program. Of which, the central budget directly supports VND 418.5 billion; provincial budget development investment capital is VND 539.7 billion; combined capital from programs and projects is more than VND 86.7 billion; enterprises contribute VND 90.8 billion and the community participates over VND 212.4 billion.
According to the plan, the province aims to maintain 67/82 communes meeting NTM standards, of which 5 communes meet advanced NTM standards. Communes that have met standards in the 2010-2025 period will continue to improve the quality of criteria, creating a foundation for implementing the set of criteria in the 2026-2030 period.
Regarding living standards, the province aims for an average income per capita in rural areas of over 66.5 million VND/person/year, a multidimensional poverty rate of less than 0.32%, a rate of population participating in health insurance of over 90%, and a rate of households using clean water that meets standards of over 45%.
With high determination and the joint efforts of the political system and people, Tay Ninh hopes to successfully complete the goal of building new rural areas by 2025, creating a foundation for the 2026-2030 period, contributing to improving the quality of life for rural residents and promoting sustainable socio-economic development./.
