A combination of cutting-edge technology and modern design and construction.

Spanning nearly 30,000 square meters, Intech TIC is designed as a comprehensive technology complex, encompassing the production of cleanroom equipment, industrial air conditioners, air handling units (AHUs), prefabricated electromechanical systems, and an integrated modern testing center meeting European and American standards. This pioneering project combines manufacturing and testing in a large-scale complex, demonstrating Intech Group's strategic vision.

Beyond manufacturing, Intech TIC also dedicates special space to research and development in high-tech fields such as semiconductor electronics and data centers. These areas are designed to collaborate with investors on strategic projects, contributing to the development of key industries in Vietnam. The project also serves as a center for scientific and technological innovation within the Intech Group, aligning with the province's and government's direction of promoting large data centers, the semiconductor industry, and electronics manufacturing.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong, Director of Intech High-Tech Joint Stock Company, shared: “Intech TIC provides high-tech products and solutions that meet international standards, helping businesses optimize deployment time and reduce operating costs. This is not just a research and production complex, but also our commitment to promoting the sustainable development of the high-tech industry in Vietnam.”

The project is built to the US LEED Gold green building standard, with optimal solutions such as a vertical transportation system using high-speed, high-capacity elevators; and a natural ventilation and lighting system to reduce energy consumption. Environmentally friendly materials such as energy-saving glass (Low-E), non-fired bricks, and recycled plastic flooring are also used. Notably, the project integrates six advanced structural technologies to flexibly meet load requirements and intended uses.
