Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Duc Cao - Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province - emphasized: "Intech Group's production, research, training and inspection complex in Bac Ninh will support manufacturers in applying advanced technology, optimizing production time and contributing to promoting the rapid and sustainable development of the local socio -economy".

Pioneering technology complex and modern design and construction

With an area of ​​nearly 30,000m², Intech TIC is designed as a comprehensive technology complex, including the production of clean room equipment, industrial air conditioners, air handling units (AHU), pre-assembled electromechanical systems and integrated modern testing centers meeting European and American standards. This is a pioneering project combining production and testing in a large-scale complex, demonstrating the strategic vision of Intech Group.

Not only stopping at manufacturing, Intech TIC also dedicates special space for research and development in high-tech fields such as semiconductor electronics and data centers. These areas are designed to cooperate with investors to implement strategic projects, contributing to promoting spearhead industries in Vietnam. The project also plays the role of Intech Group's science and technology innovation center, in line with the province and government's incentive orientation in promoting big data centers, semiconductors and electronics manufacturing.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong, Director of Intech High Technology Joint Stock Company, shared: “Intech TIC brings high-tech products and solutions that meet international standards, helping businesses optimize deployment time and reduce operating costs. This is not only a research and production complex, but also our commitment to promoting the sustainable development of the high-tech industry in Vietnam.”

The project is built according to the US LEED Gold green building standard, with optimal solutions such as a vertical transportation system with high-speed, large-capacity elevators; natural ventilation and lighting systems to reduce energy consumption. Environmentally friendly materials such as energy-saving glass (Low-E), unburnt bricks and recycled plastic floors are also used. In particular, the project integrates six advanced structural technologies to flexibly meet the requirements of loads and purposes of use.
