The Russian supermodel is focusing on her work and motherhood, no longer paying attention to negative comments about herself. Recently, she was spotted hanging out with Leonardo DiCaprio.

On April 20th, Harper's Bazaar announced Irina Shayk as the cover star of its May issue, themed "Beauty Issue." In the photoshoot for the magazine, the Russian supermodel wore a Dolce & Gabbana balconette top and high-waisted panties, paired with a sheer top. Striking seductive poses, Shayk said: "Always be yourself. Be kind to everyone. That's true beauty."

In an interview, Shayk said she has changed a lot, is too busy with her roles as a mother and model, and doesn't have time to worry about what others say about her. Thanks to this, the supermodel's life is "easier to breathe." Bradley Cooper's ex-girlfriend revealed that she doesn't hire a nanny, so she does all the childcare herself. She cooks, cleans the house, and takes her daughter to school. The supermodel feels like a real mother.

"Why should I waste my time reading 2,000 comments? I don't rely on those opinions to change myself. I have family, a daughter, and friends. They love me and understand who I am, and that's enough," the supermodel shared.

On her journey to conquer the fashion world, Shayk faced negative comments, with some criticizing her for being too thin, lacking sex appeal, and suggesting she would struggle to succeed as a model. In response to these negative opinions, Shayk chose not to argue and emphasized, "I will not gain or lose weight based on people's opinions."

According to Harper's Bazaar , Shayk began modeling at the age of 20 and became the face of Intimissimi, a well-known lingerie brand, in 2007. The Russian model has appeared in campaigns for Sports Illustrated Swim magazine. Famous brands such as Guess, Victoria's Secret, Lacoste, and Beach Bunny Swimwear have also expressed interest in collaborating with her.

Despite her success as a model, Shayk admits she wasn't always confident. The leggy model confided, "It's just that I've learned to love my imperfections. My daughter is part of the reason I started to love myself more. She often says, 'I love you, Mom and Dad, I love you so much.' And when I see my daughter, I have more motivation to keep trying."
