The newly admitted Party member of Lao ethnicity is Comrade Le Van Hoe (Phu Lam village, Phu Gia commune, Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh province ).
The Party cell of Phu Lam village, Phu Gia commune, recently held a ceremony to admit outstanding individual Le Van Hoe (born in 1965, known in Lao as Nai Hoe) as a Party member. Comrade Hoe is of Lao ethnicity and currently serves as the village head and village police officer of Phu Lam village.
Leaders of the Phu Gia Commune Party Committee and the Phu Lam village Party branch presented Mr. Hoe with the decision to admit him into the Party.
For nearly 10 years as village head and police officer, Comrade Le Van Hoe has contributed, together with the people, to building Phu Lam village into a model new rural residential area. Comrade Hoe also teaches the Lao language to the children in the area, preserving and fostering the solidarity between Vietnam and Laos.
Through his efforts and with the support and assistance of Party committees and organizations at all levels, Comrade Le Van Hoe was recommended to participate in a Party awareness training course in February 2023.
In May 2023, Comrade Le Van Hoe was admitted to the Party by a decision of the Standing Committee of the Huong Khe District Party Committee, with a probationary period of 12 months.
At the Party membership ceremony, standing before the national flag, the Party flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh , Party member Le Van Hoe recited the oath and promised to continue striving and making efforts to always be an exemplary Party member, contributing to building a stronger Party branch and village.
Reportedly, out of a total of 330 party members in Phu Gia commune, 8 are of Lao ethnicity.
