The core objective is to build a strong organization that plays a pivotal role and serves as a reliable coordinating bridge, focusing on the grassroots level to maintain close ties with the people. Humanitarian activities will not be separate from but will accompany the pillars of local socio -economic development ; closely linked to sustainable poverty reduction, healthcare for the people, digital transformation, and flexible adaptation to climate change. Three strategic breakthroughs have been clearly identified: Digital transformation in humanitarian activities; building safe communities and adapting to climate change; and developing a network of community volunteers in coastal areas.
