
The "Hue - Culinary Capital" program aims to showcase, introduce, and promote Vietnamese cuisine in general, and Hue cuisine in particular, to tourists and residents of the city; thereby contributing to preserving, conserving, and promoting the traditional values of Vietnamese cuisine.
The "Hue - Culinary Capital" program, in addition to featuring nearly 70 food stalls with demonstrations, cooking demonstrations, and food displays, also includes attractive artistic performances, games at the food stalls; and especially an experience of a 3D culinary exhibition using AR & Hologram technology… Also within the framework of the program, the Hue City Department of Tourism launched the Hue - Culinary Capital brand identity.

The event "Hue - Culinary Capital" promises to create a unique, distinctive, and attractive culinary culture space, and is one of the highlights in the series of cultural and festival activities at the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025 during the April 30th and May 1st holidays.
The event also initially affirmed the brand value of "Hue - The Culinary Capital" and is expected to gradually become an annual event in the ancient capital of Hue, giving local people and domestic and international tourists the opportunity to experience and explore the diverse and unique culinary scene of the romantic city of Hue.
