This is an annual tournament, held once a year for young people. The tournament will compete in 12 sports including: Taekwondo, badminton, pencak silat, chess and Chinese chess, shuttlecock, basketball, football, karate, freestyle, traditional martial arts, table tennis, track and field … with nearly 3.000 athletes from 30 districts, towns and Hanoi Children's Cultural Palace.
This is also an activity to maintain and promote the movement of practicing and competing in sports among teenagers and children, creating a healthy and useful playground in the summer. Through this event, the Organizing Committee will discover and select talented athletes to add to the Hanoi youth team to join the national youth teams.

The sports will be played at 5 locations including Trinh Hoai Duc Gymnasium, Thanh Tri District Gymnasium, Hoang Mai District Stadium, Binh Phu Commune Wrestling Stadium (Thach That District) and the Athletics Center of the Training Center and Sports Center. Hanoi sports competition.
