A large number of people and tourists came to see dozens of colorful kites with the shape of sea animals, cartoon characters, etc., made by the Kite Sky Club of Ho Chi Minh City.
The festival is organized by Quy Nhon City People's Committee in collaboration with Quy Nhon Youth Union and Ho Chi Minh City Kite Sky Club (in 2 days, July 21-22.7), in order to create a highlight for the city's tourism development. Within the framework of the Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh kite festival in 2023, on the mornings of July 21 and 22.7, young children can also participate in a kite-writing class, held at the hall of the Administrative Center of Quy Nhon City (No. 30 Nguyen Hue).

● In the afternoon of the same day, the People's Committee of Dong Da Ward (Quy Nhon City) summed up the program of Ha Thanh River Tourism Festival. According to the assessment, the Festival Night (held on 1st and 2.7nd of July) took place successfully, with many impressive activities for locals and visitors, such as: Launching ceremony in response to the movement Safe-friendly-attractive tourism environment, Opening ceremony of Ha Thanh River Tourism Night, inauguration of mural paintings - check-in point, start-up festival in Dong Da ward, expansion of the festival, and a rowing race of about 10.000 people.
The People's Committee of Dong Da ward proposed the Department of Tourism to direct the Binh Dinh Tourism Promotion Center to coordinate and organize the annual event of the Ha Thanh River Tourism Festival; proposed to Quy Nhon City People's Committee to organize the festival to improve the quality of the festival. Along with that, Dong Da ward also proposed to embellish some areas at Hoa Lu Street, enhance socialization to create more diversity for tourism activities in the area of Hoa Lu Food Street, Nguyen Hoang Street and the Ha Thanh River area.
