The North Central Region Fine Arts Exhibition is organized to arouse and promote the creative potential of the team of artists, members and collaborators specialized in fine arts; create conditions for art activities to develop widely; through fine art works that reflect the fine traditional values of culture, socio-economic achievements of the homeland and the country.
