Evaluating the construction work of the entire Ring Road 4 project through Hanoi, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong - Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said, right after the Tet holiday. On the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024, the project contractors have been diligently constructing, mobilizing 100% of machinery, equipment and labor to deploy throughout the route.
Currently, more than 700 engineers, workers, and hundreds of construction machinery have been mobilized on the construction site.
The parallel road to Ring Road 4 is set by Hanoi City to be completed on time for the 18th Congress of the City Party Committee, expected in October 10.
On the entire parallel route through Hanoi (project component 2.1), 32 construction sites were organized, including 23 road construction sites and 9 bridge construction sites, speeding up the project progress.
The section through Dan Phuong district is 6,3km long, passing through 4 communes Hong Ha, Lien Hong, Ha Mo, Tan Hoi and Phung town.
Dan Phuong District People's Committee said that, carrying out site clearance for the Ring Road 4 project, up to now, the district has completed 70,47/72,4 hectares of project area in the district, reaching a rate of 97,33%. In particular, the district completed the liberation of 100% of the agricultural land area and the work of moving graves.
As for residential land, Dan Phuong district has investigated, measured, declared and counted 108/111 households (1,93 hectares), and is conducting compensation, support and resettlement valuations when the State residential land recovery.
However, during the implementation process, Dan Phuong district still encountered some difficulties such as: The land owner passed away, family members were going through procedures to divide assets, leading to difficulties in Approve compensation, support and resettlement plans when the State recovers residential land.
In addition, for a number of land plots and residential clusters that were allocated land illegally in 2001 and 2011, there are currently no documents proving financial obligations to pay the budget.
In addition, some households in Hong Ha commune have large areas of residential land that must be recovered (from over 300m2 up to 800m2), according to current city regulations, households are only allocated resettlement land that does not exceed the new residential land allocation limit, while households request compensation equal to the corresponding residential land area.
These difficulties are being reported to the Hanoi People's Committee in Dan Phuong district for solutions.
As noted by the reporter, the Ring Road 4 project, section passing through Dan Phuong district, after 9 months of construction, many busy construction sites have created the shape of the route when viewed from above.
The project has basically completed site clearance with a width of 120m. Contractors are constructing the parallel road, leaving the land in the middle for the BOT expressway viaduct project.
