Indian Film Week opens in Bac Ninh.

The film week continues the cultural and artistic exchange activities between Vietnam and India, following the success of the Asian International Film Festival in Da Nang (July 2024) and the 55th International Film Festival in Goa, India (November 2024), clearly demonstrating the strong development in cultural and cinematic cooperation between Vietnam and India. Within the framework of the film week, taking place from March 25th to 28th, the Dabaco Lotus Central cinema system will screen four outstanding works of Indian cinema, including: “The Roar of Freedom,” an epic story about two revolutionaries fighting for freedom; and “Live Only Once,” an inspiring film about friendship and meaningful life experiences. The film "English, My Language" is a touching story about a housewife's journey of self -discovery , and "The Female Wrestler" is an inspiring film about the extraordinary resilience of two female wrestlers and the sacrifice of their father. These films are expected to leave a positive impression, helping the public in Bac Ninh learn more about India and its people, thereby further strengthening the friendship between the two countries.
