Creating opportunities for young entrepreneurs to expand globally.

As a young entrepreneur, I have observed that during the 2019-2024 term, the Vietnam Youth Union has taken many practical actions, contributing to creating a favorable environment for young people to start and develop their businesses, especially through activities connecting like-minded businesses and entrepreneurs. Through events, seminars, and forums, I have had the opportunity to meet and learn from successful entrepreneurs and economic experts; and at the same time, expand my network and seek opportunities for cooperation in production and product distribution.

During the 2024-2029 term, I am pleased that the Vietnam Youth Union continues to implement the "Vietnamese Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation" movement and has proposed many solutions regarding capital support, technology transfer activities, training to improve knowledge and skills, and digital transformation in entrepreneurship…

I hope that all levels of the Youth Union will continue to expand financial support programs, especially researching and developing venture capital funds for promising startup projects; promoting international linkage programs, creating opportunities for young people to access foreign markets and learn from advanced startup models around the world.

Improving the quality of young human resources.

As an official delegate attending the National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union for the 2024-2029 term, I bring to the Congress the aspirations, expectations, and determination of the young generation of Ben Tre province in the cause of building and developing the country, especially in the era of national progress.

First and foremost is the aspiration for sustainable and innovative development. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation, I and the young people of Ben Tre province harbor the aspiration to contribute to the development of the country by innovating our thinking, applying science and technology, and creating in all fields. With its advantages in agriculture, especially coconut cultivation, Ben Tre can become a model for developing rural economies linked to technology, while simultaneously protecting the environment and promoting the sustainable value of natural resources.

Regarding expectations for improving the quality of young human resources, we aim to create a generation of young people who are not only professionally competent but also possess strong political acumen, sound ethics, and the ability to master technology. In this regard, educating and training young people in soft skills and enhancing their leadership capabilities is crucial for building a high-quality workforce ready to meet the demanding requirements of the era of globalization and integration.

At the same time, we are determined to actively participate in the protection and development of the country. We are determined to fulfill our mission as young leaders, always at the forefront of patriotic emulation movements, volunteer activities, environmental protection, disaster prevention, and contributing to the xây dựng nông thôn mới (building new rural areas) program.

Regarding our aspiration to build a generation of united, creative, and patriotic youth, we expect that in the coming term, the Vietnam Youth Union will continue to be an important bridge, creating beneficial platforms and promoting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of young people towards the community and society. We will also continue to promote self-reliance and creativity in entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation activities, contributing to building a strong and prosperous Vietnam.

Furthermore, the youth of Ben Tre are particularly interested in preserving and promoting the cultural and traditional values ​​of the nation. Maintaining cultural identity and promoting the research and preservation of unique cultural heritage are among the important tasks in the era of global integration.

I believe that with their youth, intelligence, and enthusiasm, Vietnamese youth will make practical contributions to Vietnam's strong growth, asserting its position on the international stage, and building a just, civilized, and sustainably developed society.

On the eve of the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, as a member of the Ben Tre province delegation attending this congress, I feel very honored, proud, and hopeful for the congress, a celebration of unity among Vietnamese youth both at home and abroad. I bring with me aspirations, expectations, and determination towards a bright future for the young generation of Vietnam, in the context of the country's strong development on the international stage.

I believe that with a vibrant spirit of competition and high determination, Vietnamese youth will continue to uphold their heroic traditions, proving themselves worthy as a pioneering and creative force, contributing to the development of their homeland and country. I am confident that the Congress is the culmination of the wisdom and dedication of the youth, inheriting and developing the glorious traditions of previous generations. Vietnamese youth are patriotic, creative, volunteer-minded, integrated, and determined to contribute their youthful energy and act as pioneers under the guiding banner of the Party. In the next term, we will continue to build a strong organization, expand the front of unity and solidarity among young people, equip them with the necessary skills for the 4.0 era, with a focus on legal knowledge, soft skills, and information technology proficiency, in order to build a new generation of Vietnamese youth who are increasingly progressive, capable, confident, and ready for integration.

At the same time, we encourage young people to live virtuous lives, abide by the law, practice good online etiquette, and enthusiastically volunteer, contributing to building a prosperous, civilized, and happy homeland.

Wishing the congress great success. We hope that the congress will be a starting point for creative ideas, a gathering place for the new generation of young people who are enthusiastic and responsible towards society.

Aspiration to move forward

I am deeply honored to be an official delegate to the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union.

On the eve of the congress with the action slogan for the term "Vietnamese Youth - Aspiration for Contribution - Unity in Action - Building the Future - Developing the Nation," I believe and expect that the congress will propose many practical action programs and solutions to develop the entrepreneurship movement among young people, encouraging and creating favorable conditions for young people to enthusiastically work and produce, enriching not only their homeland but also strongly asserting the position of Vietnamese youth on the international stage.

Driven by a desire to move forward, I always strive to create new ideas and solutions, apply technology to my work to optimize and boost the economy, and also participate in social activities, environmental protection, and community support…

In the future, I am determined to strive, continuously learn, and develop my skills so that I can become a role model for the younger generation, inspiring them, sharing knowledge and experience, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams and contribute to the nation's progress.

Affirming our pioneering role in digital transformation.

As an official delegate to the National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, I hope that the congress will truly be a grand celebration for young people nationwide. It should be a gathering place for the most outstanding young people, where they can collectively form a Vietnam Youth Union Committee comprised of truly talented and dedicated individuals, so that the position of the young generation of Vietnam will be increasingly affirmed on the international stage.

In particular, at this congress I want to hear about the Central Committee's policies and the sharing of delegates from other provinces regarding economic development among young people in their communities, in order to find a suitable direction for young people in Yen Dinh District who wish to develop their economy in their own homeland.

In this new era, I hope that with the policies and mechanisms from the Central Government, and the attention and support from Party committees and authorities at all levels, young people will have more opportunities to contribute, train, grow, and develop. I also hope that each young person will enhance their responsibility in self-training and accessing digital technology to further affirm the role of youth in pioneering digital transformation, building a digital economy and a digital society. I believe this is a key issue for Vietnamese youth in general, and those in Thanh Hoa province in particular, to make positive contributions to the construction and development of their homeland and country.
