Construction begins on the Da Nang Landmark Tower project.

DNO - On the morning of September 14th, Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Da Nang Landmark Tower commercial and apartment complex project, with a total investment of approximately 1,600 billion VND.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh informed that Da Nang city is oriented to become one of the major socio -economic centers of the country and Southeast Asia, playing a role as a center for entrepreneurship, innovation, tourism, trade, finance, logistics, high-tech industry, information technology, supporting industries... and to become an ecological, modern, smart city, a livable city.

In this plan, the city is oriented towards urban development based on the model of a smart city with high-quality amenities, a distinctive architectural design, and a humane character.

The Da Nang Landmark Tower project, built on an area of ​​3,765 ^m², is invested by Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company with a total investment of VND 1,600 billion... It is determined to be in line with the policy of exploiting and developing tourism advantages, the orientation of developing the service industry and urban development according to the overall socio-economic development plan of Da Nang city and the city's housing development plan for the period 2021-2025 that has been approved.

Furthermore, the project is being built at the corner of Bach Dang Extended Street - Binh Minh 4 - Tran Van Tru Street, with a direct view of the Han River and surrounded by key public works and venues that frequently host major cultural events of the city, such as the Cham Sculpture Museum, Dragon Bridge, APEC Park, Bach Dang pedestrian street, etc. Therefore, the implementation and completion of the Da Nang Landmark Tower project promises to bring to Da Nang city a high-quality and iconic architectural landmark in the area. This will create an attractive environment for all those with needs for housing, business, work, and investment.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Ho Ky Minh, requested Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company to focus maximum resources on implementing the project, ensuring quality and committed progress; complying with legal regulations on planning, land, investment, construction, environmental protection, and other relevant legal regulations.

Consulting firms and contractors strictly adhere to construction standards and regulations, ensuring the quality and safety of the project, occupational safety, and environmental hygiene.

During the project implementation, the departments, agencies, and the People's Committee of Hai Chau district created all favorable conditions for the investor to accelerate the construction progress; regularly monitored, inspected, and promptly supported the investor in resolving any difficulties arising during the project implementation...

According to the Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee, Ho Ky Minh, the city will continue to accompany and support investors throughout the project implementation process to ensure its early completion, operation, and effectiveness, bringing benefits to investors and contributing to the socio-economic development of Hai Chau district in particular and Da Nang city in general.

Mr. Morii Tayayuki, General Director of Cosmos Housing Joint Stock Company, stated that during the investment preparation process, the investor and design unit meticulously crafted the design to ensure that Da Nang Landmark Tower lives up to its name as a landmark of Da Nang, an iconic building with beautiful architecture and safety for residents, both in terms of natural disasters and fire prevention and control (the building is designed to withstand a 7-magnitude earthquake, the glass walls are designed to withstand level 18 storms, and it applies the latest and highest fire prevention and control design standards in Vietnam...).

“The construction will take 33 months. After 33 months, we will hold a completion ceremony for the building, befitting its name as a landmark and befitting the city of Da Nang,” Mr. Morii Tayayuki emphasized.
